Third, last measure, disable the Web Shield, be aware that this will make you a little more unprotected, don't get me wrong you'll be protected by File Shield and Behavior Shield, which are very strong, so even if your browser connects to a website and a hacker injects code into your browser, even if web shield is off, file shield and behavior shield would block that malicious code, so you'll still be protected, just not as good as with web shield on, that's why this should be the last measure if updating your AV or reinstalling it doesn't work.
